Styles I enjoyed during Summer 2021!
Summer this year was memorable. I think a lot of you would agree that it was summer this year when we finally felt like everything was starting to get back to normal, to what we’re used to. Yes, there are still restrictions to consider and guidelines to follow but the feeling of finally being able to get back on track stirred up hope in a lot of us. It’s a blessing for me! I can only hope, wish and pray for things to get even better. Despite the multiple heatwaves, I somehow hope for summer to not be over. Anyway, here’s my Summer 2021 lookbook to wrap up the amazing summer I had!

For the first official day of summer, I went out with a friend to celebrate it. We visited the highly hyped Selfie Factory. I wore this pink floral dress under this cute white cropped top, making the dress look like it’s a skirt. I had a pair of ballerinas and my new pink crossbody bag. I felt so cute in this number!

I’ve been out in the city numerous times this season. I was literally making the most of the lovely sunny days. For another day out in the city, I had this cute Blanc & Eclare shirt under a pink cardigan, paired it with this cute white tweed skirt. To complete the preppy look, I had socks on and a pair of white oxfords.

For my first out of town trip this season, we went to the Isle of Wight. On our first day, I wore this pink floral cropped top and white linen trousers plus a pair of trainers.

On our second day at the Isle of Wight, I wore this white ruffle detail top and coral shorts to match with the bright weather. I finished the outfit with some strappy sandals. It became extra hot that day, thankfully I brought my bucket hat with me.

I just love it when the temperature is just right. To see an exhibition and a day in the park, I wore this cute marine insipred striped dress with a white cardigan. I also had these cute white sandals on to complete the look.

This isn’t England if it doesn’t rain, even during the summer! I was off to watch a mini concert with a friend in this cute pink cropped top, paired with my favourite pair of white jeans. As it did rain that day, I had a denim jacket and a baker boy cap on. Finishing everything off with my 2 favourites, my Air Force 1’s and my pink crossbody bag. I’ve been really into blue this summer. This blue floral top I got from Chuu, one of my favourite korean brands, is just so cute! To compliment this top, I wore a pair of white jeans and trainers. As I still want a hint of pink in my outfits, I wore this pink Gucci belt and pink Longchamp bag.

The next out of town trip destination was Bristol. I was there to visit a friend. For my first day there, I wore this white cropped top and aztec print shorts. I also had a white denim jacket on and white leather chucks.

For the second day in Bristol, I wanted to look cute but still comfy. I wore my APC shirt which was so light, perfect for a really warm day, and paired with this pink skort.

The third out of town trip this season was the Jurassic Coast. As September started, I could totally feel summer waving goodbye but thanks to a heatwave, it felt like it was still here and I enjoyed our time in Dorset. I still had the chance to wear this pink one piece which I got during the earlier days of summer. I paired this off with a pair of white shorts.

This is the time when I could definitely feel the autumn air starting to kick in but I refuse to recognize it so yellow is the way to celebrate more of summer. Thanks to another heatwave, I can still continue enjoying the summer sun. For a day out with my girls to watch the comeback of musicales in the west end, I wore this cute yellow floral off shoulder top, paired with a white skirt and I also wore this white blazer to keep things more kept looking. I accessorized with one of my favourites, this blue Ganni silk scarf used a hair tie and finished everything off with a pair of loafers.

Have I told you that Notting Hill is also one of my favourite places in London? For a stroll around this beautiful place with my girlfriends, I wore this pink cropped top I got from Yesstyle (Don’t forget to use my code YESHONEY5 for a discount on your purchases from the site!) and paired with this cream high waist shorts. Blazers are a must for me when it’s late summer and when it’s changing seasons. I finished things off with my white Coach crossbody bag and a pair of cream loafers.
This summer was a season to remember! I enjoyed every bit of it and I hope you too had a great one!
Be pretty, be happy, be you! H~
