I’ll be honest, this serum was one of those products’ ad I randomly saw online. Just in time, I was looking for another serum to try out as I was running low on my previous serum. Somebymi’s AHA BHA PHA Miracle Toner is definitely one of my favorites so I gave in and purchased another product from the skincare brand. Plus this has snail mucin and truecica as main ingredients.
The Somebymi Snail Truecica Miracle Repair Serum is made to repair, strengthen, and soothe skin with the combination of nutritious black snail and truecica. This is great for skin whitening and anti wrinkle care and helps for skin regeneration.
Let’s say, given the brand as I have tried one of its best products and, its ingredients, I had really high hopes for this product. Did it live up to my expectations? For its purpose, yes! In a month of use, it has given me already what I am expecting. I have come to notice my acne scars getting even lighter with the addition of this to my daily night time skin care routine. The dry patches in my skin also got better and I could see my skin getting more moisturized. As this has snail mucin, it has a thick consistency but goes on lightly when applied and is non-sticky at all. The only thing that I didn’t really like is the smell though it goes off after a while upon application. Would I repurchase this if I ran out? Yes I would. Given more time, this could possibly be the miracle repair serum those with acne prone skin have been waiting for. I totally recommend this product for those who love both cica and snail like me.
