Lippies perfect for the holiday parties!

Pony Park (Park HyeMin) is the kbeauty guru I have always looked up to. I have been following her for years now and learned a lot from her when it comes to makeup. She has released a collaboration with MAC last October and I have been wanting to get a few stuff from that collection, most especially the lippies.

For the MAC x Pony Park collaboration, Pony brought out her vision to a celestially styled MAC collection. The collection consisted of 9 Matte Lip Mousse (only 8 in this photo as these are the only ones available), a plumping lip gloss, the Prep + Prime Fix+ setting spray, 2 highlighters, 2 brushes – a face brush and an eye brush, an 8-pan eye palette and a set of lashes.

The collection was such a beauty but I was really drawn to the all-new Kbeauty breakthrough, Matte Lip Mousse.

The MAC x Pony Park Matte Lip Mousse are lip products I’ve been eyeing on and been wanting to try. I really like the variety of colors it came out with. They were really vivid on the lips as well. As I tried them on my lips, I loved how creamy they were upon application. These were really lightweight and very buildable. The finish was soft powdery matte. They didn’t really last long as I expected them to. Also, I wish they didn’t transfer but they did, which is why you would totally need to reapply it after eating and/or drinking. I wouldn’t mind reapplying them anyway. As time passed by, they made my lips chap. I would totally recommend applying lip balm before this, most especially during this time of the year. They would come off sheer at first with lip balm on but after 2-3 coats, they become brighter and prettier. I think these are perfect for the upcoming holiday parties!

The whole line is really gorgeous with its eye catching tarot card inspired packaging. Aside from the lip mousse, I’d really like to try the highlighters. Which products from this line caught your attention?
