Where to see Cherry Blossoms in London?

It is officially Spring! Spring is my favourite season and I couldn’t be any happier for its arrival. Springtime for me symbolizes so many things, it signifies a new beginning and, it gives me so much hope. I find myself smiling more during this season and, living my everyday life with so much positivity and optimism. One of the things that I look forward to during Spring is the growth of the Cherry Blossoms. Cherry Blossoms are the ultimate symbol of Spring and I bet it’s not just me who looks forward to seeing these beauties. I have already sighted early blossoms two weeks ago and I couldn’t help but paint a smile on my face. I have listed 5 of my favourite places to see Cherry Blossoms in London and the blossoms that grow here are just charming.

Where to see Cherry Blossoms in London:

Notting Hill

Notting Hill is a tourist favourite not only during the springtime. The place is famous as it is surrounded by pastel coloured houses, beautiful neighborhood and the infamous portobello road. During this season, one house that catches everyone’s attention is this one in Stanley Crescent.

St. Paul’s Cathedral

St. Paul’s Cathedral is already a head turner on its own but what more during this time of the year when just right outside it, beautiful cherry blossoms grow. It makes the cathedral look even more magnificent.

Greenwich Park

One of my favourite parks in London and one that adorns fabulous cherry blossoms is Greenwich Park. During the peak of the cherry blossom season, each way you turn your head while you’re in this park, you see lovely blossoms. You will never go wrong visiting this park. It’s one of my favourites for a reason.

Mount Street Gardens

Mount Street Gardens in Mayfair is the place to be if you want to go on a picnic while watching the gorgeous cherry blossoms, and you wouldn’t even need to get far away from the center of the city. It has benches where you can sit and lounge around, with a cup of coffee in your hand and even people watching.

Ravenscourt Park

Ravenscourt Park in Hammersmith is another park I’ve been visiting during the Spring as it gets dreamy when the cherry blossoms start to appear. It is also one of the best places to take those highly coveted instagram shots.

London is truly beautiful during Spring and there are more places to visit. These are just 5 of my favourites that I have been visiting the past couple of years. Which ones are you visiting?

Be pretty, be happy, be you! H~
