The Truth About Happiness: Exploring Your Quest In Life

Are you on the quest to find your purpose in life? How does one find it?

Have you ever wondered questions along the line of, ‘am I on the right path?’. These are things we eventually ask ourselves. And sometimes, too often.

I, too, ask myself such questions.

These essential questions end up being a daily reflection. The search for the answers to these question would seem endless but I know it is the part of vast roads of discovery.

I honestly haven’t found my purpose and why I am writing about it. Perhaps this is because it is one of my ways of finding the answers to my questions as I go on through this journey called life. Many might say that knowing one’s purpose is the key to living one’s best life.

So, here are a few things I listed to remind us how to live the best of our lives:

  • Surround Yourself With Positive People.

Surround yourself with people who support you.

  • Face and overcome your fears.

Difficult, but don’t let your fears hold you back.

  • Determine your values.

Once you know your core values, these would help you when making the right decisions.

  • Learn from your mistakes.

It’s natural to make mistakes, don’t be scared, but honestly admit what they are and learn from these.

  • Honour every opportunity.

Cherishing every opportunity that comes your way would open doors and chances.

Each one of us has different roads to take. Just like the photos here, where one is urban and the other is natural, totally opposite but also a little similar. These are reminders that everyone has different tasks in life. It is more about finding about it while you’re in the journey, to knowing what it truly is.

Finding your purpose in life is like the search for what truly makes you happy. It’s not about the answers but the quest to finding the answers. I would always believe that it’s not about the destination but the journey to reaching your destination. Enjoy the ride and learn from it!

But also, look before you leap. Some jumps wont bring you back atop the hill you once treasured. And some farewells won’t bring you back the faces you treasure.

Be pretty, be happy, be you! H~
