Yearend means products consumed!
The year will be concluded in a few days. End of the year has a lot of meanings for me, one of it is I’ve got products emptied and/or have to throw out products following expiration dates regarding to the months/years I have opened and used them.
I have used plenty of products but not really that much since I have struggled with acne this year and I stopped using all sorts of beauty products for a couple of months. That said, I have tried and tested some products which worked for me and even those which failed to give me the results I’ve wanted.
So before the year ends, let me show you my product empties with a little review about them:
Body:
Watsons Cream Body Wash in Goat Milk, totally love how creamy this body wash is. I consumed 4 of these already, for the whole year. This is really affordable too, given that this is a drugstore product but still really good.
Bioré Body Foam Pure Mild, this is so moisturizing yet very mild! I’ve been loving creamy and moisturizing body washes recently, and this is just perfect. I also love the smell, lasts all day long!
Perfume Samples, these are perfect for traveling. I also like carrying little bags whenever I go out, so this is just great for my daily use.
Makeup & Skincare:
COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence, this has proved to me the wonders of snail mucin to the skin. This helped my acne scars fade. This is also very moisturizing.
COSRX Centella Blemish Ampule, this ampoule makes wonders. I always run to this ampoule when dealing with acne and blemishes. I already used up 2 bottles of this.
COSRX Centella Blemish Cream, the best acne cream I’ve tried yet! This works really great as an acne cream but this is also moisturizing.
COSRX One Step Pimple Clear Pads, this is the first reason why I fell in love with COSRX. This can be used as a toner or even a makeup cleanser and this doesn’t irritate your skin at all. This helps a lot in getting rid of acne. I used 2 tubs of this already!
COSRX Salicylic Acid Exfoliating Cleanser, this cleanser is really very helpful for those with acne-prone skin. This also clears out your pores and cleans really deeply.
COSRX Acne Pimple Master Patch, this should be my favorite COSRX product! Whenever I see a bump, a pimple that is starting to grow on my face, I place this on it at night then the bum flattens when I wake up the morning after.
Innisfree Bija Anti-Trouble Spot Patch, this does the job. Though this isn’t as great as the COSRX one, this does a decent job.
Innisfree The Minimum Moist Cream, this cream is gentle. When I was having breakouts, I got scared I might flare them more up so I stopped using all my skincare products and switched to just this. This cream was made perfectly for sensitive skin.
Tony Moly Goat Milk Cream Foam Cleanser in 150ml & 100ml, this was a moisturizing cleanser and this didn’t break me out.
Tony Moly Pocket bunny Moist Mist, I first bought this because of the packaging but this does a good job in keeping your skin moisturized. I used up 2 of these during summer. Plus, I can totally bring this everywhere.
Tony Moly Pure Eco 89% Bamboo Fresh Water Perfume Mist, this was such a hydrating toner.
Etude House Every Month Cleansing Tissue, I always see to it that I bring cleansing wipes with me. I don’t recommend using cleansing wipes every day to remove makeup since it dries your skin but the case was different with this one. I really liked this.
Etude House All Finish Pearl Mascara Remover, this removes your mascara without irritating your eyes, which is a huge plus for me.
The Face Shop 99% Jeju Aloe Gel, I already consumed lots of this. I love Aloe Gel and this is the most accessible to me. I love how this soothes and calms my sensitive skin plus it moisturizes it as well.
Maybelline BB Cushion in Light Beige, this is one of the few makeup products that didn’t flare up my acne. I’m already using my 2nd cushion because I really like the coverage of this and it lasts a day with me too.
