Went around to discover part of the Cotswold Hills!

I was invited by a relative to visit her and her family in Gloucestershire and I asked a friend to tag along with me too. It was a 3 hour train travel and I wasn’t really sure what awaited us there but I was just excited getting to wander around and discover new places which is what I’ve been up to lately.

When we got off the train, I was in awe of how beautiful it was there. It was the opposite of where I lived which is so urban-ish while it was so peaceful and lovely there. You will literally appreciate the beauty of nature while you’re there.

On our second day, we drove around Gloucester and visited Gloucester Cathedral which is the magnificent cathedral known for being one of the film locations of the first 2 films of Harry Potter, which are Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Being a Potterhead, I was so happy to be there and its beauty just amazed me. If the exterior was beautiful, what more the interior.

We then went around the town centre of Gloucester and continued on as we drove to Stratford-upon-Avon but I will be making another entry for it.

We were in Gloucestershire for just 3 days so for our third day, I wanted a remembrance of the view you can see from up in Stroud where we stayed. It was breath taking, not even this photo can prove it.

We then drove to Prinknash Bird and Deer Park which made me realize how amazing this country can take care, preserve and cherish beautiful places and creatures here. We fed different kinds of birds and deers there. Being there just relaxed me.

To cap off our visit, we were taken back to Stroud to try the famous Winstones ice cream and it was one of the best ice creams I have ever tried!

Be pretty, be happy, be you! H~
