Featuring my fave lippies in Nudes & MLBBs!

As promised, I will feature my fave lippies in different shades for the last 4 months of the year. Last month, I featured my fave lippies in my fave shade which is Corals. For this month, I’m going to feature my fave lippies in shades of Nudes & MLBBs.

Nudes, browns and MLBBs were big this year. Lots of brands released different lip products with these shades from mattes to creamy lipsticks. I just recently joined the bandwagon and I’m currently enjoying sporting these colors. Though I still can’t wear any browns but I’m loving subtle nudes, those that I can wear every day and of course MLBB shades, which are perfect for those times I just want to look kept or whenever I want to go for the model-off-duty look. P.S. I have reviewed most of these lippies already!

FAVE NUDE SHADE LIPPIES:

• Sleek Makeup Matte Me in Birthday Suit
This has been my go to nude lippie for the past month. Despite that it becomes patchy overtime, something an application of lip balm before you apply this couldn’t fix, I really like that it’s comfortable to wear. This is also affordable, lasts for a decent amount of time about 5-6 hours and this doesn’t need a second coat too.

• Revlon Super Lustrous Pearl Lipstick in 205 Champagne on Ice
This lippie has been my first ever nude lippie. I didn’t get to use my first tube of this so much but recently, I found myself grabbing a new tube and ended up totally loving it. This is really creamy and moisturizing. This is also perfect for that no-makeup makeup look.

• MeNow Kissproof in #8
A matte lipstick that isn’t drying! I love this lippie so much because it does stay true to its name. It’s kiss proof, smudge proof, long lasting and very affordable. I personally loved this shade in #8 since when I tried this, I have come to realize that nude lippies also do look good on me. Despite being matte, I found this creamy too and gentle upon application.

FAVE MLBB SHADE LIPPIES:

• Nyx Matte Lipstick in Temptress Seductrice
This is actually a subtle coral shade but more of an MLBB shade on me. I really like Nyx Matte lipsticks ‘coz they aren’t dry on the lips despite that it’s matte. This is very pigmented but really lightweight. This lasts long and it’s pretty affordable too.

• Maybelline Color Sensational Rosy Matte Lipstick in Salmon Pink
This is my go-to MLBB shade. I even mentioned this in my mid-year favorites because I love it like that. I usually have different shades of lippies in my makeup pouch and this is the representative for the MLBBs. The two tone colored lips are a hit now and whenever I feel doing that I usually use this as the base color. This is also great to be used alone on the lips as well.

• Aritaum Wannabe Cushion Tint in Fillmore
Surprisingly, this is the only Korean beauty product for this batch. I’m still on the hunt for the next perfect MLBB lippie by a Korean brand. For now, this has done a great job. This is a coral to bare shade, a great MLBB color. This comes as a cushion tint, with a cushion in the opposite side of the tube, which is great for that sheer gradient lips which I’m very fond of.
