My favorite lip moisturizer for almost 5 years now!
Yay for my 100th post! Let me share to you my favorite lip moisturizer for almost 5 years now. I have once mentioned that I was a late bloomer. I didn’t use to love make up before, barely even applied anything on my face except for baby powder not until I was around 2nd or 3rd year in College just because it was a requirement to apply some. But to avoid having chapped lips, I also used a lip moisturizer and it’s Lip Ice Sheer Color.
Lip Ice Sheer Color Mentholatum is a lip moisturizer which can also function as a lip gloss. It doesn’t only moisturize your lips but also give you a natural pink color according to individual lips. The stick color is initially white but gives off a different color upon application varying differently from each individual. I guess it’s because each one of us has different pH levels on our lips. You know it when you purchase a lipstick, it gives off a different color on your lips than what it shows on pictures and/or samples.
It is in a pink tube with a very simple packaging. It is available in 3 variants: natural, strawberry and shimmer. I got it in natural since it’s already glossy I wouldn’t need any more shimmer and I’m not really a fan of scented lippies. It is highly pigmented but not waxy. You can see the color effect on my lips on one of the photos below. This is really moisturizing, helps me prevent from having chapped lips plus the good color pay off! It’s very affordable too! I have tested this for almost 5 years now & wouldn’t stop using it! What do you think?
