Aritaum Wannabe Cushion Tint

For my latest kbeauty makeup haul, I have decided to try out and purchase other Korean Makeup and Skincare products I haven’t had yet. Aritaum is a famous Korean makeup brand and is also from Amorepacific Corporation just like Etude House, Innisfree, IOPE and Laneige. I have been an Etude House baby ever since they arrived here in the Philippines and now, I want to try out other products from brands in the Amorepacific group. First was Innisfree, I just recently reviewed their The Minimum Moist Cream. Now, I have Aritaum’s Wannabe Cushion Tint.

Cushions seem to be really a hit in Korea recently from Cushion BB Creams, to Cushion CC Creams and to Cushion Foundations. I found these Cushion Tints from Aritaum. I googled reviews about this product and seems like they’re pretty popular. These tints come with such simple packaging, they’re only wrapped in plastic. The tint tube is divided into 2 parts, the tint side and the cushion side, both covered with black transparent caps.

They come out with 11 colors. I chose Blondie and Fillmore. Below, I swatched both colors. Blondie was hot pink and Fillmore was coral to bare. I first dabbed the tint itself and then below each I dabbed the tint and spread the color out using the cushion. They have a minimal fruity scent with them. They have a semi matte finish. They’re highly pigmented and creamy but if you have chapped lips, always wear lip balm first.

These tints are perfect for gradient lips. I dab the tint at the center of my lips then spread the color out on my upper and lower lips using the cushion for the ombre lips effect. You can also opt to swipe them on your lips to have bold lips. The sheer ombre lips last for atleast 2-3 hours for me but you need to retouch after eating and drinking. But if you apply it full lips, it lasts for atleast 5-8 hours even after eating and drinking.

I’m not the type to wear hot pink on a daily basis but after I tried these tints, I am in love! These are my favorite lippies now. Fillmore is my morning lippie then I change to Blondie later on in the late afternoon. What do you think?
